Blood on the Stones Choices for PoE 2 Players at U4GM -

Summoning Circle farming in Path of Exile 2 works best when your character can defeat bosses without turning every encounter into a long recovery period. Investing in
Path of Exile 2 Currency may help fund build upgrades, but it won't fix an Atlas setup that adds more difficulty than your character can handle. Start with reliable fights, then add rewards that match your maps and damage.
Build for Repeatable Boss Fights
Appearance-rate passives are the foundation of a circle-focused Atlas because they give you more opportunities to encounter the mechanic. Some options require higher area levels or further progression, so work with the nodes available to you rather than assuming every part of the setup is accessible at once.
Once those passives are covered, consider Challenging Foe and Overheard Summons. The former adds another monster modifier to a circle boss, while the latter may add another boss. Both increase the demands of a fight, so they make more sense after you can handle your existing encounters without frequent interruptions or lengthy repositioning.
Choose the Right Blood on the Stones Option
Blood on the Stones offers two different directions. The Bosses choice makes Summoning Circle Bosses Powerful and fits a route centered on defeating strong individual targets. The Guardians choice places two groups of random monsters around the runes, shifting part of the encounter toward clearing packs.
Choose Guardians if your build can remove surrounding enemies quickly while keeping enough room to maneuver. If additional monsters disrupt your attacks or make it difficult to avoid the boss, the Bosses choice may provide a cleaner route through the encounter. More targets only help your plan when you can deal with them without losing too much time.
Match Specialized Passives to Your Maps
Map supply matters before you commit points to a specialized route. Bring Me Your Leader gives circles in City Areas a small chance to summon a random Citadel Boss. It is a focused option for players already running City content, not a reason to ignore whether those maps are available to them.
For Level 70 or higher Non-City Areas, Danger in the Wilds offers a similar chance to summon a random Deadly Map Boss. In Cleansed Areas, From Distances Untold offers a different prospect: circle bosses can gain another modifier, and those modified bosses have a further chance to drop a Fracturing Orb. That route asks more of your build, and the reward is not guaranteed.
Protect Your Clear Time
Energised Precipitate can add several Essences to a circle encounter, while Runic Flare has a chance to upgrade a nearby map boss into a Powerful Map Boss after you complete a circle. Treat the latter as an occasional extra rather than the centerpiece of the route, since its effect does not occur after every circle.
Before starting a map, check its modifiers against your defenses and damage. At the circle, clear enough nearby enemies to leave room for dodging, then keep the boss where you can move safely. If extra runes are available, consider reactivating the circle only when you have the resources and space to handle another fight.
After several maps, compare completion time, circle frequency, encounter difficulty, and useful rewards before changing your Atlas. If you use a
poe 2 trade site while planning upgrades, decide which defensive or damage limitation you need to address first. Remove a difficulty passive if it slows your runs more than its potential rewards justify.
